This horizontal baler efficiently compresses mattress fabric, foam, textiles, cardboard, plastic bottles, film, and non-hazardous industrial waste into high-density bales. As one of the most versatile waste baling machines, it features a large hopper adaptable to gravity or belt conveyor feeding, maximizing baling, storage, and transport efficiency for recyclers of mattress materials, plastics, and more.
The baler horizontal design can be upgraded to an auto tie baler, which automatically ties each bale once preset length/weight is reached – ideal for high-volume operations. Throughput reaches up to 20 tons per hour. As a dedicated plastic baling machine, it handles soft plastics (shrink-wrap, film), PET bottles, and hard plastics with ease.
