Detachable box
The shredder chamber housing can be removed from either side of the coupling. Once the bearing end plates are taken off, the entire drive shaft lifts out in one piece.After the shaft is out, keep the cutter block and bearings for inspection and replace them if wear is found.When the chamber is machined and re-installed, make sure the shaft and bearings are set exactly in the center so the structure stays intact and delivers a longer service life.
Detachable cutter
Detachable blade design greatly reduces blade replacement time.A complete crushing blade comprises of three parts..It is quite easy to replace a worn blade: simply loosen and tighten the bolt.
Electric system
The electric cabinet is equipped with a Siemens/Schneider PLC.Siemens/Schneider electrical components are adopted.
